Hi! I'm Josh Jimenez.
I'm a Product Designer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I love crafting elegant and delightful products, while diving deep and empathically understanding the people that use them. Most recently, I've been working with early-stage startups to help them tackle their design problems.
A tech enthusiast with a background in Psychology and a fascination at the intersection of the two. I'm an experienced customer whisperer—working years in customer and tech support—connecting with users to uncover their pain points and improve their overall experiences.
When I'm not dreaming about products that can improve everyday life, you can usually find me exploring coffee shops or discovering something yummy around the Bay, or enjoying live music from my favorite artists. I love taking my camera out and snapping the occasional photo, picking up a new pair of kicks, or cheering on the Niners and the Warriors.
